Group Class Instructor - Yoga
I became a yoga instructor years ago, before having kids. I am 49 years old and I have been teaching yoga here in Riverside for 6 years. I have been teaching yoga at A Taylored Body for 2 1/2 years now. In my class we focus on stretching. Included in my class is strengthening, balance, focus, and meditation (learning to relax your brain and muscles). My regular students claim to feel many benefits including increased flexibility, better sleep, increased movement, energy, and less injuries during workouts.
