The challenge to excel as a student-athlete in Track and Field at UC Riverside motivates me to be at the top of my game and that means being in the best physical shape possible. I have competed as an athlete in track and field for over 10 years. Unlike most team sports, the track and field athlete competes with his or herself in each and every race while at the same time competing against a field of athletes. I’ve been challenged in the weight room, having suffered a concussion during my first year which all but sidelined my first collegiate season; I knew then that I had to become more familiar with my body and how it responds to elite training. I have also always had a passion for nurturing and helping others reach their greatest potential, so it is only natural that do what I love and share it with you.
As a trainer, I specialize in training clients to push past their limits to not only be strong but also functionally fit. My passion is for every person that I work with to feel confident about themselves inside and out. I enjoy high-intensity movements with lifting included to maximize production. I’ve successfully trained people like you and from all walks of life.
